Our First Love

We make planning your ceremony fun when we have two face-to-face meetings with you and your fiancé.

Wherever you want to hold your ceremony, we will be there to officiate it and make it memorable, dressed to the T in business black.

The Most Important Part Of Your Wedding Day Is Also The Most Reasonably Priced

Planning your ceremony is like ordering coffee at Starbucks — you have 50,000 options. HD Officiants will give you the helpful hints to customize your ceremony. Our $450 fee (no HST) includes the following:

  • Our officiant will meet you twice before the ceremony and answer all your questions.
  • In the first meeting we discuss what you can expect with the HD Officiants experience and get you up and running in planning your big day.
  • In the second meeting, we’ll review all the ceremony content that you’ve chosen. This ensures that we capture and the deliver the vision you have for your wedding.
  • Of course, we are available through email, phone, or texting along the way if you need some additional coaching and planning.

If you desire your HD Officiant to be at your rehearsal, there is an additional fee of $125.

Please! Who wants to get married in an impersonal city hall?

Some do, but for the same price ($325 Mon.-Thurs., $650 Sat. -Sun.) we would love the honour of officiating your ceremony at The Studio of Unmistakably You.

For additional fees, you can order bouquets, boutonnières, and even book One12 Photography for the hour and receive 50+ high-quality, edited photos that you can have printed to remember your big day.

Celebration of Life

Our officiants are often asked to be a celebrant for funeral and memorial services. Each year they lead over 100 services that capture the vision a family has for saying goodbye to a loved one.

Whether it’s a service at a graveside, in a funeral home, a private residence, or a hall or church, we have the needed experience in honouring the deceased and offering an element of peace for family and friends.

Our fee for being the celebrant at a funeral or memorial starts at $250. There may be additional charges such as travel costs or a return visit for interment. We will visit with a family face-to-face (or over the phone if geography is an issue) to capture your vision for the service of a loved one and to certainly collect much information in order to personalize the service for a loving and fitting tribute.

Reinforcing That Love

Each year, we are invited into a beautiful celebration where a couple desires to renew their vows in front of their now expanded family and friends.

Couples don’t require a licensed officiant for such an occasion; they do, however, require someone who has experience in conducting a ceremony.

Whether the occasion is formal or laid back, we will be there to bring the touch to a romantic event.

The fee for Vow Renewals is based on needs and location.

Celebrating New Life

Often, after we have the joy of officiating a couple’s wedding, we are contacted to come and conduct a ceremony that celebrates the arrival of the next generation.

During this time we count the blessing of a child and challenge the parents and their support network to build into the future life of this baby.

The fee for such an occasion starts at $200. (There may be additional travel fees depending on location.)
