Terms and Conditions

1 - I/we understand ceremony content is due 2 weeks before ceremony date.

2 - I/we understand that the $250 retainer fee confirms the booking and that the retainer fee is non-refundable after 10 days of making this payment.

3 - I/we understand that the balance of the fee is due two weeks before the ceremony date, nor will the payment be accepted on the day of ceremony.

4 - I/we understand that there is an a $45 fee for NSF cheques.

5 - I/we understand that it's our responsiblity to secure the marriage license and ensure that it is at the wedding ceremony.

6- I/we understand that our fees are transferable for up to 24 months, in the case our ceremony date must change (i.e. due to COVID-19 pandemic). I/we agree that our officiant must be included in the rescheduling process to ensure his availability.
